The computer then determines the workpiece’s optimal bending position and direction based on these measurements and issues the necessary directives. To achieve accurate correction of the workpiece, workpiece clamping and loosening, selection of the movable support position, movement of the workpiece table, and punch, the workpiece stops rotating when the bending point is upward, and the correction amount is calculated based on the TIR amplitude and the set parameters. PLC controls the speed at which the feed is delivered.
